Kakinada, February 5-9, 2025 – Harivillu, an art exhibition held at Sita Narasimha Kshetra in Sri Prakash Synergy School, Kakinada, brought together creativity and environmental awareness. The event was inaugurated by film lyricist Sri J. Ramalingeswara Rao and artist Smt. Gouri Vemula, focusing on the theme Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Students from Peddapuram and Kakinada participated, showcasing their artistic talents through thought-provoking paintings and models. The exhibition featured a variety of themes, including the stages of human life, the evolution of Earth, and the cultural significance of the Kumbh Mela. There were also artworks highlighting marine life, endangered birds, and space exploration. Students used their creativity to depict the impact of human activities on nature, with paintings of trapped sea creatures, rare birds, and the delicate balance of the ecosystem. Several artworks carried powerful messages about conservation. Paintings such as a fish filled with plastic and a cow surrounded by plastic waste emphasized the dangers of pollution. Other pieces, like a tiger in its natural habitat and a portrayal of the Chipko Movement, highlighted the importance of wildlife and forest conservation. Harivillu attracted many visitors, including art enthusiasts and environmentalists, who appreciated the students' creativity and the meaningful themes behind their work. The exhibition successfully combined art with a cause, leaving a lasting impact and inspiring everyone to take responsibility for a sustainable future.
Sri Prakash Synergy School, Kakinada, recently organized a series of engaging field trips for students from IK to Grade IX, reinforcing the value of real-world experiences in education. The youngest learners from IK 1, IK 2 and IK 3 visited the post office and fire station, getting a closer look at community helpers in action. Students in Grades I and II explored a textile industry, observing the fascinating process of fabric production, while Grade III enjoyed a visit to Bakers Inn, learning the art of baking firsthand. Grades IV to VII attended a Police Commemoration Day open house, where they explored police equipment and learnt about the role of law enforcement. Meanwhile, Grades VIII and IX visited the Kakinada shipyard, where they had the opportunity to explore the ship Priyadarshini, igniting their curiosity about maritime industries and engineering careers. These enriching trips blended academic learning with practical knowledge, offering students unique opportunities to connect classroom concepts to the world around them.
Sri Prakash Synergy School, Kakinada, celebrated Sankranti Sambaralu 2025 with grandeur, bringing together students, teachers, parents, and guests for a day full of joy, tradition, and community spirit. The event was officially opened by Sri Vijay Prakash Sir, our esteemed Director, whose inspiring words set the tone for the celebration. The highlight of the event was the Ummadi Kutumbam – Mega Family Event, where parents and children participated together in various activities, embracing the true spirit of Sankranti. The celebration included traditional games, Bhogi Pallu, Gobbemmalu, Bommala Koluvu (earthen dolls), and lively dances around the Bhogi fire, showcasing a strong sense of togetherness within our school campus. In addition, our students mesmerized the audience with their energetic dance and song performances, while our teachers surprised everyone with a special singing segment, demonstrating their vibrant spirit and bond with the students. Rangoli displays, cookery stalls, couple ramp walk, lite flying, top spinning and traditional games added to the festive mood, making the event truly memorable. Parents also shared their happiness and pride through heartfelt words, strengthening the sense of partnership between them and the school. As the event came to a close, heartfelt thanks were extended to Sri Vijay Prakash, Smt. Sameera and everyone whose contributions made Sankranti Sambaralu 2025 an unforgettable celebration. Kakinada, August 16, 2024 – The prestigious Sri Prakash Synergy School in Kakinada proudly hosted the vibrant Nritya Sandhya 2024 at the Sita Narasimha Kshetram within the school premises. The performance featured an intense display of Kalaripayattu by students, who had undergone 45 days of rigorous training, held under the esteemed guidance of Guruji Sri Krishnadas, an 8th generation Kalaripayattu artist, accompanied by his talented daughter, Miss Kavya. The event proved to be a grand celebration of martial arts, music and culture. The day's Chief Guest, the revered spiritual Guru Brahma Sri Chaganti Koteswara Rao Garu, added divine grace to the occasion with his esteemed presence. Students from the school's Peddapuram and Kakinada campuses showcased their immense talent, making the event a true spectacle. The evening commenced with a patriotic song that set the tone for the entire program. This was followed by the recitation of Telugu poems by students from the Telugu department, adding a poetic essence to the cultural celebration. Sri Brahma Sri Chaganti Koteswara Rao Garu then delivered a powerful pravachan that left the audience spiritually uplifted, followed by felicitation by school director Sri Vijay Prakash. Performance by students was followed by a captivating show by Sri Krishnadas Gurukkal and his daughter, Miss Kavya, showcasing the true essence of Kalaripayattu. The highlight of the night was the divine Ashta Lakshmi Stotram students, who were beautifully dressed as the eight avatars of Mahalakshmi, capturing the essence of devotion and culture. The program concluded with a vibrant chant of "Bharat Mata Ki Jai," leaving everyone in the auditorium filled with pride and patriotism.
